A Creamy Roasted Tomato Basil Soup with tons of flavor, thickened naturally (think potato) without cream!  I made this yesterday and it is chalk full of fall goodness. Don, Jim and Torey have just returned from the New England Produce Council Produce and Floral Expo with enthusiasism about their new inspirations and ideas.  They were lucky enough to hear from the Keynote Speaker Wes Welker of the New England Patriots.  As members of the Fresh Solutions Network our display featured products from other members as well all of which are a part of our extended product line.
