INGREDIENTS:
2-1/2 pounds of Green Thumb Farms Signature Chef potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh or dried chives
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 3 teaspoons dill weed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- In a saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately. Yield: 8-10 servings.
