I’m sure I have mentioned this before, but one of my favorite perks of working at Green Thumb Farms is taste testing! Whether it is taste testing fries for quality assurance, testing new varieties, or sampling a new recipe you can bet I will be the first to show up with fork in hand!
We are lucky enough to have a trained chef on staff that is always willing to work out a new recipe for any situation. Today’s project was two-fold, a little research and development for an exciting new product line and sample recipes to accompany it.
We are still in the early stages of our R&D, but I believe we are making good progress. Stay tuned, I hope to have more information to share with you very soon!
